We ship from Bangkok, Thailand. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Returns Policy

Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

Custom Order Policy

Custom figurine commissions are paid upfront and non-refundable once approved for production. Cancellations before production approval may receive a partial refund.
