1. General

By using the RHATHA website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website and services, including purchasing products and commissioning custom figurines.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored.

3. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require full payment upfront before work begins.
• Each custom order includes 5 revision credits for design adjustments.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once the design has been approved and sent to production.
• Cancellation before production approval may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Shipping is available within Thailand and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

Ready-made products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if undamaged and in original packaging. Custom orders follow the policy in Section 3.
